Descriptions

Operations Manager - Eye Hospital

Fixed term contract , Full Time

Dar-es-salaam, Salary TZS 1,500,000 - 4,000,000

Responsibilities:

Monitoring Target Vs Actual turnover.

Build team. Encourage team work & multi tasking.

Man Management & Process oriented.

Identify hidden talents of the staff & nurture them

Ensure all team members are attending to their jobs as per their profiles. If any deviation, guide them, later warn them.

Credit billing status to be monitored. Pending AL’s to submission of bills.

Checking of Counselors reports & Daily surgery list.

Conducting Weekly and Monthly reviews with Counselors and Doctors. Report to be submitted to Management.

Be a bridge between Doctors & other Staff

Giving On Job training to Counselor.

Random Counseling.

Attending to patient Complaints & speaking to them personally.

Training Floor coordinators / Managers to handle responsibility in his absence & for mutual growth.

Attending to all issues in the branch irrespective of Depts & coordinate with Corporate Office.

Qualifications

Masters in Business Administration or any related field

1 to 3 years experience in Managing Eye Hospital
